Where to begin
The Pivot Point Effect is a framework, not a quick fix. It's built around one idea: that the choices you make every day — about your time, your relationships, your attention — either move you toward the person you mean to be, or away from them. This site is here to help you find that direction and keep returning to it.
There's no single right way to work through it. You can read the book, work through your Pivot Point Process directly in the app, or do some of both — print your worksheets and come back to them, or keep everything saved to your account as you go.
Three ways to start
- Read the Process overview to see how the four steps fit together before you begin.
- Start your Pivot Point Process directly — it's free to create an account and begin.
- Start with the book if you'd rather read the full context first.
Whichever way you come in, your Primary Pivot Point comes first — everything else in the process builds outward from it.

Do I need to read the book first?
No. The app walks you through each step of the Pivot Point Process on its own. The book adds the full context and reasoning behind it, but you can start your process here today either way.
Is it free to use the app?
Yes — creating an account and working through your Pivot Point Process, Resource Map, and Transaction Maps is free.
Can I save or print my results?
Yes. Your entries are saved to your account automatically, and you can export a PDF of your Pivot Point Process and maps to keep or print.
What's the difference between the process and coaching?
The Pivot Point Process is something you work through yourself, at your own pace, for free. Coaching is optional, one-on-one time with Bill to go deeper on what you find.
Can I change my answers later?
Yes. Your Primary Pivot Point, Three Reasons, Gifts and Talents, and Living Life List are all meant to evolve — you can come back and revise them any time.
