Privacy, Terms, and Accessibility

Privacy

When you create an account, we store the account information you provide (such as your email) and the entries you make in your Pivot Point Process, Resource Map, and Transaction Maps, so that your work is saved and available to you when you return.

Your process and map entries are yours. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share the content of your entries with anyone else without your permission. If you book a coaching session through the site, your name and contact details are shared with Calendly (our scheduling provider) to manage that booking.

You can request that your account and its data be deleted at any time by contacting us at billheaner@gmail.com.

Terms

The Pivot Point Effect website and app are offered as a companion to the book of the same name. The content here — including the Pivot Point Process, Resource Mapping, and Transaction Mapping tools — is intended for personal reflection and growth, not as medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

Coaching sessions booked through this site are a separate, paid service governed by the terms shown at the time of booking. Please contact us with any questions before scheduling.
