Part II — The Pivot Point Process
Your Gifts and Talents
Chapter 7 · From The Pivot Point Process
Your Gifts and Talents are the actual strengths you bring to each of your Three Reasons — not a resume of accomplishments, but the capabilities, learned or natural, that you can put to work in service of what matters to you.
Many people undersell this step. A gift doesn't have to be rare or impressive to count; it has to be real and usable. A steady temperament, a knack for listening, a practical skill you picked up somewhere unexpected — all of it belongs here if it connects to one of your reasons.
This list is meant to grow. As you notice more of what you bring to the table, or develop new capability on purpose, you add to it rather than starting over.
A gift doesn't have to be rare to count — it has to be real and usable.
